I placed an order for one of the mats, based on what my dog trainer suggested. In doing so I had made a mistake on the color choices. I contacted the company and they responded and made it right instantly. I received the mat very promptly and it is of such high-quality compared to anything that I would buy in the stores. It's perfect for my mini Labradoodle. I plan on ordering another one so I have it for the car. I'm pretty sure they make these by hand, which is amazing. Thank you!

We got this mat for our puppy training class, the country blue is a nice soft medium blue. Great quality fabric, looks like it will hold up, sturdy but soft to the touch. Now we just need to train Loki to go to his place and not eat it!
