What is your return policy?

Please contact us within 5 days of order delivery.  All items must be unused and in original condition. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges unless we made a mistake with your order.  In the event of an error on our part, we will cover return shipping costs.  Please contact us with your order number to request a return.  (The easiest way is to reply to the order confirmation email you received). Returns will be processed within 10 days of receipt.

How do I care for my items?

Our Mutt Mats are machine washable on gentle/cold with no bleach.  Lay flat to dry or tumble dry, low.
